UCP is an international advocate educating and providing support services for children and adults with a spectrum of disabilities. The organization provides valuable background, research and public policy information to the public through the media. UCP connects media with resources related to a spectrum of disabilities, the civil rights movement and innovative solutions to achieve life without limits for people with disabilities.
